I used to hear about your orchestra and maestro Alexander Sladkovsky from Russian musicians with whom I worked. It was an interesting project for me to come here and take part in a concert. It is not always possible to establish contacts with musicians, because I speak a different language, however, I try to conduct rehearsals in the language of gestures and emotions. Here we all understood each other, at every rehearsal and at a concert the musicians gave all their best. They enthusiastically accepted the new conductor, they themselves participated in the process, were interested, asked questions, we were constantly in close contact. The energy that comes from the orchestra is very strongly felt. Very attentive spectators in Kazan were struck by the silence with which the audience enjoyed the music and the feeling that there was a certain connection and warmth between the listeners and the musicians. The orchestra gave it 110%, the impact is amazing, the experience is fantastic!
